More About Ashley

Ashley Baldwin serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Chattanooga. Ashley has been serving and leading in the nonprofit sector for over ten years. Through her work, she has developed a passion for strategic, sustainable, and relational generosity between ministries and champions. Ashley graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Philosophy and Religion. She is a Ministry Venture graduate, Brock Fellow and Gotham alumni. She spreads the liberating message of generosity through her volunteer work with Generous Giving and The Generosity Trust. Ashley resides in St. Elmo, is married to her college sweetheart Ben, and recently welcomed her firstborn Elanora into the family. In her free time, Ashley enjoys coffee, good books, hosting friends in her home or making new family memories.

Mission Increase (MI) Chattanooga is a community of Christian ministries working to implement a biblical approach to fundraising to grow and more fully-achieve their God-given missions. What do we want FOR Chattanooga as a result? An “overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” (2 Corinthians 9:12-NIV)

Funded by givers from this community, MI Chattanooga is able to offer teaching, coaching, consulting, and even matching grants, all at no cost to ministries. Together, givers and ministries are leveraging God’s resources to transform our communities. We invite you to join us!
